Hi Folks,
I realize that some of you are still having issues adding banks and credit cards. While I know that the forums give an indication that all customers can't add an account, I did want to advise that our success (add rate) is far higher than our failure rate.
Some folks here spoke to our provider today to see if we can make some changes to this shortly to increase the success rate. I will post an update here when I know it has been done.
Again, I do apologize that a lot of you are still having issues.

How about having an intern put together a timetable of institutions you're focusing on and when you expect to finish?
If i can't use the service with my important accounts for a few more weeks, I think it'd only be fair to tell me (and everyone else in the same position).

Not too far from the truth!
Anyways, the frustrating thing here is that the failure rates aren't consistent (all customers=success; all customers=failure). We're trying to get data about why some fail & some are good. One bank could have a 90% success rate, which wouldn't be too uncommon, but it doesn't make it any easier for the 10% that are having issues.
I am trying to provide updates about these issues as rapidly as I can. Believe me, our engineering and product folks are sticking in a lot of 15+ hour days investigating some of these issues. I can also fully appreciate the frustration that some folks are experiencing (my chase account, for example, has many of the same problems are other folks are having...for reasons that may be out of our control).

I had to change my security questions with my bank and now Mint is not recognizing my bank accounts and are not updating. I am entering all the new questions & answers and the correct username:password, but it is still not working. Has anyone experienced this? Please help. I don't want to have to delete and re-add my account because it sounds like this causes problems. Thanks.
